APPLICABILITY

We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information and data when you use the www.everbloom.app website and services, as well as similarly named (“Sites”) and any other services offered by Everbloom Creative Inc. (“Services”). This Privacy Policy also explains your choices for managing your information preferences, including opting out of certain uses of your Personal Information (defined below). This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Sites and Services. The Sites and Services are provided by Everbloom Creative Inc. (“Company” “We” “Our” “Us”).

Information We Collect

The type of personal information we collect depends on your relationship with us. It also depends on how you interact with us. California law requires us to tell you if we share information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. Described below by category is the information we may collect and if we share it for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. Personal Information

We collect information such as your first and last name, address, phone number, mobile phone number, e-mail, social security number (required for financial products and Services), banking information (if you elect to use our financial products and Services), Google Sensitive Information – YouTube Channel and Video performance data and/or Google OAuth Access Token. In some cases we may share this information for the purpose noted above.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information regarding the actions you take on the Sites (“Usage Data”). For example, each time you use the Sites we automatically collect the type of Web browser you use, your operating system, your domain name, your Internet Service Provider, your IP address, access times and referring website addresses. In some cases we may share this information for the purpose noted above.

We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. We also keep information as required by law.

How We Use Information

Personal Information – Web & Email sources
We use Personal Information to provide you with the Sites and Services, including to send you alerts about your account, to improve the Sites and Services, to notify you of new products or services, and to otherwise communicate with you about our Company.

User Data – Google and YouTube Sources
We may use a Google OAuth Access Token that you authorize to authenticate your YouTube Account ownership and access your Google Sensitive Scope Information – YouTube Channel and Video performance data from your YouTube Account – to value and track performance for your YouTube Library assets and develop and create software solutions for you and other creators. This data may include views, traffic sources, RPM, revenue, and other analytics. (User Data) Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. How We Collect Information

Directly from you. You may be asked to provide us with Personal Information when you register with the Sites or use any of our Services, and at other times.
Passively . We use cookies (a small text file placed on your computer to identify your computer and web browser) and may use anonymous identifiers (a random string of characters that is used for the same purposes as a cookie). We use cookies and other anonymous identifiers to analyze use of and improve the Sites and Services. We do not use cookies to collect Personal Information. In the Notice at Collection (above) we outlined which categories of information are shared for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.

As noted above, we may share information with third parties in order to provide cross-contextual behavioral advertising. This information may include identifiers, contact information, commercial information and other internet or site usage data. We do this to provide you with more relevant content and ads.
